The equipment adopts an advanced water filtration and circulation system. The cleaning water is filtered a second time, wastewater is discharged from the equipment, and the filtered clean water is recycled, significantly reducing water and energy consumption. The application of the bin trolley (material trolley) washing machine improves cleaning efficiency and cleanliness while reducing labor and energy costs.

The bin trolley (material trolley) washing machine uses enclosed high-pressure spray cleaning. The operator only needs to push the bin trolley (material trolley) into the cleaning frame槽 and press the start button. The equipment automatically turns the bin trolley (material trolley) 180 degrees into the cleaning chamber. Inside the sealed cleaning chamber, five sets of 360-degree rotating high-pressure spray nozzle assemblies simultaneously clean the inside, outside, bottom, and other areas of the bin trolley (material trolley) with 360-degree coverage and no dead corners. The gaps, grooves, corners, wheels, and other areas of the bin trolley (material trolley) can all be cleaned thoroughly and evenly. According to the selected cleaning process program, the equipment automatically switches between circulating water and clean water. After cleaning is completed, the bin trolley (material trolley) automatically opens the door and turns over to the standby position on the ground. No manual intervention is required during operation, and one person can complete the cleaning process.
