Function Overview

The intelligent spin dryer adopts modular design, made of food grade 304 material, with intelligent control operation, and is used in conjunction with the Ruier Zhichuang washing machine.

This machine has low energy consumption, low noise, easy to clean structure, good water removal effect, and convenient maintenance.

Conveyor: Four section synchronous belt conveyor, each section with induction photoelectric, used to detect the position of turnover boxes

Spin drying: Driven by a servo motor, the pneumatic lifting mechanism lifts the turnover box into the spin drying disc for spin drying. The lower part is equipped with a three sided pneumatic positioning device to ensure that the turnover box accurately enters the spin drying disc for work.
